Megan is a California native who is a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill's School of Social Work. She has experience within the mental health field through an inpatient setting and working with college/university students at previous universities. Megan has provided individual and group therapy, crisis management and case management services. Megan utilizes an "eclectic" approach in her therapy, that encompasses ACT (acceptance and commitment therapy), mindfulness-based approaches, CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) and MI (motivational interviewing). She is thrilled to be able to come alongside and empower CU Boulder students.

I would love to gather all the people I love in my life (including my dog) and live in the same place. This would be my biggest dream!

Anxiety, perfectionism, identity development, issues of diversity, race or culture (particularly amongst Asian American students), relationship issues, life transitions, grief and loss.
