Dr. Arbouet joined CAPS in September of 2019. She is a child and adolescent trained, board certified psychiatrist. Prior to joining CU, Dr. Arbouet worked in a variety of treatment settings, including inpatient, outpatient, residential and college mental health. Her past work has involved supervising nurse practitioners, medical students, residents, and fellows. She has also been a faculty member at SUNY Upstate’s child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship program. Dr. Arbouet has a commitment to outreach that goes beyond multidisciplinary care to encompass working with other organizations to build better, healthier communities. She has special interest in working with Autism spectrum disorders/neurodiversity, LGBTQQI, the intersections of identities and training future providers.

"I'd like to return to Tanzania (in east Africa). I did a study abroad there while I was in college and have been longing to go back ever since."
