Karen received her master’s and doctorate degrees in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University. Her professional background includes conducting both individual and group psychotherapy within private-practice, counseling center, community mental health, as well as hospital settings. Karen primarily utilizes evidence-based practices including cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused brief therapy but incorporates therapy techniques from other modalities based on the needs of individual clients. She has a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of others. Karen values and respects diversity and enjoys working with clients from all walks of life. She is dedicated to offering therapeutic support necessary for improved mental health and well-being.
