Elena Ermolova

Elena is a bilingual (Russian/English) Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Addiction Counselor. She graduated with Masters Degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology from Naropa University in 2015. Before coming to CAPS, Elena worked in mental health non-profit organizations serving clients in outpatient, crisis, residential and acute inpatient treatment settings. Keeping her clients’ strengths in mind, Elena tailors her interventions to the individual needs of each client. In her practice she employs evidence- and mindfulness-based approaches for body/mind/spirit integration leading clients to greater self-awareness, actualization and overall wellness. Elena is passionate about working with adults seeking guidance with major life transitions and those who are facing challenges adjusting to a new culture.
