Providing Access to University and Regional Expertise in Dispute Resolution and Environmental Policy Making
Menu Shortcut Page
Environmental disputes and problem solving processes are enormously complex. They can be best understood through the indepth examination of multiple cases. In order to facilitate this process, this site maintains a collection of online, full-text case studies largely based on graduate student research, in the belief that this case study information is invaluable. We extend an open invitation to those who have written potentially instructive case studies to also post their material (either directly or through links) on this page. Any work contributed work will, of course, be fully acknowledged. In addition to these case studies, we are also including a number of issue pages. These pages consist of a series of high-quality links relating to a particular environmental controversy, such as Utah Wilderness, Yellowstone Wolf Reintroduction, or Front Range Colorado Growth. Our belief is that perusal of these sites will provide users with useful and continually updated case study information.
