A standard-size (11" x 8.5") diploma is mailed to every new graduate approximately eight weeks after the commencement ceremony. If you didn't enter a Diploma Address in MyCUInfo, your diploma will be mailed to your Home Address. Please update your Diploma Address by January 18, 2019. NOTE: The post office does not forward diplomas if your address changes
Any financial obligations to a CU campus must be resolved before a diploma will be released. In MyCUInfo, check the Alerts section for any holds on your account. Once you have cleared your hold, contact firstname.lastname@example.org to have your diploma ordered and shipped to you.
Remember, attending the university commencement ceremony does not guarantee graduation. Graduate status is determined only by your school or college.
Doctoral candidates will receive their diploma covers during the university commencement ceremony. Spring graduates will receive their diplomas at the Graduate School reception. Diplomas will be mailed to those doctoral candidates not in attendance at the Spring Commencement ceremony.
December 2018 diplomas for JDs, Master's and Bachelor's candidates will be mailed on February 26, 2019. If you didn't enter a Diploma Address in MyCUInfo, your diploma will be mailed to your Home Address. Diploma covers will be issued during some of the individual school or college recognition ceremonies.
Diploma covers are also available at the Registrar's Office, Regent 101, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
