7:45 a.m. Students will line up in the Norlin Quadrangle
8:00 a.m. Cameras must be set up on the risers
8:15 a.m. Guests should be in their seats in order to watch the student processional into the stadium
8:30 a.m. Commencement ceremony will begin

Media interested in attending Spring 2018 Commencement must RSVP with Strategic Relations by Monday, May 7.
After arriving at Folsom Field, pick up credentials from CU Boulder Strategic Relations staff inside the Champions Center ticketing lobby. From there, media can walk up Stadium Drive and enter gate 14 to access the field.
Photographers and videographers must be credentialed to access the field. Cameras need to be set up on media risers by 8 a.m. and cannot be removed until after the ceremony. Roaming camera crews can film from the side and rear of the stadium or anywhere in the stands.
Day-of interviews are available upon request with Gov. Brown; Chancellor DiStefano; and College of Media, Communication and Information (CMCI) Professor Polly McLean, who will accept a posthumous degree on behalf of Lucile Buchanan.
Credentials will be available to media who have RSVPed inside the ticketing lobby of the Champions Center starting at 6:30 a.m. Credentials must be worn at all times while covering the event.
Media must RSVP to obtain an authorized Lot 391 parking permit. Please display permit on your front dash, and park in any available slot in the covered parking area at Folsom Street and Stadium Drive. Take the elevator to the Champions Center ticket lobby to pick up credentials.
Parking for live trucks will be available for Lot 384 on the northwest side of Stadium Drive between Dal Ward and the Recreation Center. Trucks must be parked no later than 7:30 a.m. as the road will be closed shortly thereafter for the duration of the ceremony. The road will reopen immediately following the conclusion of the ceremony.
U.S. 36 and Colorado 93 will experience increased traffic on commencement day; please allow extra time to arrive in Boulder, locate parking, retrieve credentials, and go through security before accessing the field by 7 a.m.
