Jialun “Aaron” Jiang is a Ph.D. candidate in Information Science. He studies online content moderation, and how we can make it better. He also does research more broadly in social computing, online communities and social media using a combination of qualitative, quantitative and computational methods. Aaron has an M.S. in Information Science from the University of Colorado Boulder, and a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota. At CU, he works with Dr. Jed Brubaker in the Identity Lab, and Dr. Casey Fiesler in the Internet Rules Lab.
