Cal Brackin is from Jackson Hole, Wyoming and as a community development professional and emerging professional designer, Cal understands how creative artists are powerful intermediaries between citizens, professionals and policymakers. His career and service backgrounds, combined with creative communications skills, enable him to facilitate community development discussions while providing powerful visualization products. He has earned a BA and MA in international development, have served communities locally and globally through the AmeriCorps, Peace Corps-Mongolia, an AIF Clinton Fellowship in India, Leadership Jackson Hole and Boulder Leadership Fellows. He is in the MA Strategic Communication Design program to sharpen his design skills.
Cal's interests range from illustration, book design, backpacking, ice hockey, design in business strategy, community development, international experiences to spending time with his family.
