Research Interests

I am interested in better understanding relationship factors that may protect against or contribute to psychopathology and morbidity. Specifically, my research examines the association of romantic relationship quality with health outcomes like depressive symptoms, mortality, self-rated health, and inflammatory markers. My dissertation is focusing on the question of how romantic relationship quality may impact health.
