Research Interests

- What are the mechanisms of third-wave behavioral therapies? Examples of mechanisms include mindfulness, acceptance, and valued living.
- How does taking a distanced and observing self-perspective (like seeing yourself from the vantage of a fly on the wall) affect psychological distress and well-being?
- What are the psychological effects of living with cancer, and can third-wave behavioral therapies help?
