We are making the following recommendations regarding health and safety:
We encourage you to be vaccinated against COVID 19. The university currently requires all students, staff and faculty to be vaccinated or have an exemption. While we are not making this a requirement to attend TGC, we encourage you to follow this recommendation if you are medically able.
Masks are encouraged, but not required, at the conference. We will have free masks available at registration. There may be instances where a presenter has requested that all attendees wear masks; in those instances signage will present, as well as masks handed out, and we kindly ask that you honor this request.
We encourage you to take a home test for COVID 1 - 2 days ahead of the conference. If you test positive, please follow your local procedures for self-isolation and seek treatment if you have symptoms.
If you are feeling ill we ask that you refrain from attending the conference.
