The spate of hate crimes and racial, ethnic and political violence over the last several days has left us all feeling uncentered and questioning social progress and the future of our country.

We abhor hate in any form, and we want to reach out and support all our communities. These hateful crimes not only impact the victimized communities but also our entire campus community. It is incumbent on us to support one another and lead the way in civility and community engagement during these extremely trying times.

Campus services are here to support you.  CU Boulder Hillel and Chabad at University of Colorado are hosting a community vigil at noon today, Oct. 30, at the UMC Fountain

Students can call  303-492-2277 for 24/7 support. Faculty and staff can call 303-492-3020

Our student-inspired Colorado Creed to act with honor, integrity and accountability; respect the rights of others; accept our differences and contribute to the greater good is never more important than in times like this.

Thank you for your support and encouragement of one another.
