The Buffs Back Together Recognition Event is Wednesday, Aug. 11 (tomorrow) from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Farrand Field. The event is open to all faculty, staff and graduate students and provides a chance to reconnect with friends and colleagues as we begin the new academic year. Buffs Back Together will feature complimentary food and beverage as well as desserts options from Sweet Cow Ice Cream, Kona Ice, and Nothing Bundt Cakes. Activities include yard games, aromatherapy, smoothie bikes, canine companions and more!
Prize drawings will include tickets to football games, concerts, events and shows at the planetarium, as well as lots of CU Gear. You must register to be eligible to win -- and registration closes at 5 p.m. today (Tuesday, Aug. 10). Winners will be announced throughout the event and you do not need to be present at the time of the drawing to win.
No. As this is a voluntary event, if a staff member (regular or temporary) is not scheduled to work during the event they are welcome to attend but will not be paid.
