CHA's 25th Anniversary Salon Celebration

The Center for Humanities & the Arts (CHA) welcomed all to an afternoon of conversation and celebration revolving around the past, present, and future of the arts and humanities at CU Boulder and beyond. 

The CHA's 25th Anniversary Salon Celebration was a discussion hub to look back and plan ahead for how to promote, support, and celebrate the arts and humanities. Inspired by the wide ranging and free form conversations that hearkens to salons of 18th century France, we facilitated small group conversations around a series of topics and questions reflecting back and anticipating the future of humanities and the arts.

This event was hosted in-person at the University of Colorado Boulder's Center for Academic Success & Engagement (CASE) Building in the Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL), CASE E390. We invited all to join us Wednesday, February 15, 2023 from 3:30pm - 5pm MT for a vigorous celebration and conversation.

To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Center for Humanities & the Arts at CU Boulder, we are looking for words, songs, books, performances that you think represent among the best of arts and humanities that happened between 1997-2022 (the time the CHA has been in existence).
