Chloe Garfinkel
Ecology & Evolutionary Biology Lead
Lead Graduate Fellow 2021-22

I am a fourth-year PhD Candidate in the EBIO Department. My lab (McCain Mountain Lab) is interested in understanding patterns of species diversity, and I specifically study drivers of physiological variation in Colorado carrion beetles along elevational gradients. So far I have taught 5 different classes for EBIO students including General Biology labs, Ecology labs, and Insect Biology labs, and have loved getting to work with students directly. I am incredibly passionate about being an educator and am so excited for the opportunity to be a part of the CTL!
