Research Interests: I am interested in the etiology and treatment of anxiety disorders, as well as the connection between trauma and the body. Specifically, I am interested in how these psychopathologies can affect our physiology and overall wellbeing.

About Me: I am a native of Colorado and have lived abroad in England while completing my Master’s. I adopted a four-year-old Australian Shepherd Collie mix named Lexie last summer. I love to do all of the typical Colorado things such as go to breweries, camp, hiking (I take Lexie with me!), go to concerts and just be outside! I am also an avid traveler and try to go on at least one international trip a year. So far, I’ve been to 13 European countries, Australia, Mexico and the Caribbean. I am hoping to explore parts of Asia within the next year!
