        1. How we can potentially incorporate the census into our events

      2. Goal: To get 35,000 students in reporting themselves in the Census

        1. It affects financial aid, RTD systems, health care programs, etc.

      3. Ask Ciera to write a pitch on the U.S. Census for liaisons to send 

      4. Table at Exonerated 5 Event

    3. Boulder Music Festival - 6:40 p.m.

      1. Community Members, long time Boulderites 

      2. Concerned about inclusiveness and diversity on the board; potentially wanted a collaboration

      3. 3rd time throwing festival

      4. Goal: Unify entire community to come together and showcase Boulder’s diversity and music scene; want to open eyes from a potentially biased perspective

      5. Creating an advisory board of community members

        2. They have a sponsor, applicable with bylaws

        1. Update: Funding meeting will be set up this week

      3. VeRVE Collisionz “13th Annual VeRVE Collisionz Street Dance Competition” April 3, 2020, 6:30pm @ Glenn Miller Ballroom - Jessica and Kennedy

        1. Update: Met with Jamey. Wanted to request additional funding for stage because of price changes but have not sent either liaison an email.

        1. Update: Mavjuda sent emails last week rejecting second speaker, and affirmed additional funding
