      1. GlobeMed “The Fight for Healthcare” March 12, 7pm @ Visual Arts Complex 1B20 - 6:15pm - Jhossep and Christina

        1. Update:

          1. Hey Jhossep,

          2. I have a budgeting request, and I hope you might be able to help me with it. We are flying our speaker from Kathmandu, Nepal to Denver. At the time of the CEB budget proposal, tickets were around $1,278. A recent check has placed the cost of the ticket at $1627.00, a $349 difference which will likely continue to go up. GlobeMed was allotted $1300.33 for lodging costs, and only $756.00 ended up being used. $544.33 is thus leftover in that budget.GlobeMed is requesting that $450.00 of this $544.33 leftover lodging budget be reallocated to the airfare budget and the rest of the $94.33 be reallocated to the advertising budget (Facebook and Instagram advertisements, specifically).Let me know what you think about this. Thanks!

          3. -Cory, GlobeMed Co-president

            1. Move to approve the reallocation of 450.00 to the airfare budget.

            2. Move to approve the reallocation of 94.33 to advertising budget
