The Spring 2020 Fair will capture all sub-disciplines within the department, including structural, lighting/electrical, mechanical, geotech, water resources, environmental and construction engineering & management.

The CEAE Career and Internship Fair will be held on Wednesday, February 26 2020, at the Idea Forge. The event starts at 10 a.m. and ends at 3 p.m. Please plan to arrive between 9:30 and 9:45 a.m. Employers are required to stay until 3 p.m. in order to give all students with various class schedules an opportunity to attend.

When you arrive, please check in at the registration table. You will have the opportunity to choose your table (first come, first serve). IMPORTANT: there are not enough electrical outlets for each table. If you are planning on bringing a laptop, make sure it is fully charged.

Lunch will be provided between noon and 1 p.m. Refreshments will be provided throughout the day. We have reserved a break area in the building for your comfort and convenience.

Professionals are encouraged to bring their corporate nametag with company logo. Handwritten nametags will be available.

A one-day parking permit will be available to you the day of the event. Please follow the parking directions sent by email. Refer to the driving directions and campus map provided by email for additional information. If you wish to drop off any items, you can unload at the Idea Forge entrance before parking.

You are welcome to ship printed material, banners, giveaways, etc. ahead of time.  To ensure your package arrives on time, please send it several days in advance. Your package will be ready for you at the Idea Forge when you arrive. Please send it to the address below:
