ReForm makes wearing a prosthetic leg more comfortable with less time and money. The business grew out of the experiences of Madie Kern, BS, MS, and PhD graduate of CU Boulder. During her time in South Africa working with amputees, it became clear that there were opportunities for improvement in the world of fitting lower-limb prosthetics. ReForm placed second in New Venture Challenge 9, winning the Audience Choice award, the Women's Entrepreneurship Prize, the Social Impact Prize, and the R&D Track Finals.
