Anna Estes
Graduate Research Assistant

I am currently working with Prof. Jeremy Darling to evaluate the feasibility of measuring the cosmic acceleration directly. In particular, I am exploring the capabilities of redshift drift measurements of the Lyman alpha forest. I work primarily with Keck and HST data using Python and IDL, but have worked extensively with ALMA data on previous (unrelated) projects. In general, I am very interested in cosmology, black holes, and galactic astrophysics.
