Job Description and Responsibilities:
Throughout the summer, fellows will have the opportunity to take on a variety of roles, which can include—but are not limited to—the Branding, Client Experience, Systems, People, and Community teams. Applicants are not expected to be proficient in all these potential assignments before the start of the program, as the best growth experiences come from diversity of work and exposure to new challenges. Additionally, all fellows will be responsible for assisting the senior coaches during the 2018 LearningLeaders Summer Camps, producing marketing content, researching and writing debate or international affairs-related articles, and co-developing new curricula. Up to 2 internship positions may be offered to CU students through this program.

Work Hours: 8 hours per day, 5 days per week
Our district of Shanghai, Minhang, has a little of everything! A bit removed from the frenzy of downtown, we are surrounded on all sides by major universities, one of the biggest train stations, and a recently developed international walking street. We are a short walk or bike ride away from two subway lines, and there is a Walmart within walking distance from our office for any and all needs.
We will provide private housing, complete with Wi-Fi access and laundry machines, just a 10-minute walk from our office.
Interns will receive up to 6 credits. (Credit available from Asian Studies or Leeds School of Business; subject to requirements of the student’s major and/or College. Other options may be available.)
