Students read current periodicals, picking out topics in which economics plays a role in understanding events. Background reading is assigned on topics chosen. May not be taken more than once for credit. Requisites: Requires prerequisite courses of ECON 3070 and ECON 3080 (all minimum grade C-). Restricted to students with 57-180 credits (Juniors or Seniors).
