Rajendra Chattergoon is a Ph.D. student at the University of Colorado Boulder School of Education. He received a B.A. in Chemistry and Religion from Rutgers University, and a M.S.Ed. in Science Education from the City University of New York. He taught Chemistry before beginning his Ph.D. His research interests include formative and summative assessment, educational and psychological measurement, and program evaluation
