Trisha Bainbridge McKean is the Assistant Dean for Advancement, Leeds School of Business, University of Colorado Boulder. Trisha is a member of Dean Matusik’s leadership cabinet for the Leeds School.
As a "boomerang" to the Leeds School having started her career at CU in 2002 and returning November 2006, she has a strong working ability to navigate the CU system and get things done. She is a strong advocate for what she calls “comprehensive mutually beneficially partnerships” in all of her roles she has played on the corporate and community side. Prior to rejoining the Leeds School, Trisha was on the development team for Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business in Washington D.C. At Georgetown she was part of the $83M capital campaign, traveling the country engaging alumni to match their philanthropic passions with the McDonough School’s strategic priorities.
While fundraising for Georgetown, Trisha earned her Executive Master's in Leadership degree at Georgetown. She has a BA in Economics, with an emphasis in Management from St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN. She lives with her husband, Jess, a 2008 MBA graduate of the Leeds School, and their young sons Quinn and Aden, in Boulder.
