In her role as Program Director, Tracee oversees program managment for graduate students enrolled in the executive MBA program and MS STEM Online programs. She began working at Leeds in 2008. Tracee also worked across campus in the undergraduate College of Arts & Sciences as Assistant Director for Advising Operations. As part of the Academic Advising Center’s senior management team, she was tasked with managing and delivering student services to an undergraduate population of approximately 5000 students. In addition, she worked as a human resources professional at the CU Boulder campus level, consulting departments on employee relations matters. To complement her work with undergraduate and graduate students, Tracee previously worked as a professional research assistant for Ethnography, Evaluation, and Research, a professional research team affiliated with CU and largely funded by the National Science Foundation. Their research focused on evaluating educational programs within a higher education setting that specifically addressed the educational experiences of underrepresented groups. Originally from Texas, Tracee is proud to call Colorado home.
