Nicholas obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Nebraska-Omaha in 2010, where he majored in Accounting, Finance, Banking, and Investments, and minored in Mathematics.  Nicholas was the recipient of both the University of Nebraska Regents Scholarship and the Mammel Honorary Scholarship. During his time at UNO, Nicholas was a teaching assistant for College Algebra and Intermediate Algebra. After obtaining his BSBA, Nicholas worked for a large public accounting firm, BKD, LLP, for two and a half years, and worked on both the tax and audit sides.  Nicholas obtained his CPA license in 2013.   In 2015, Nicholas took a position as an Adjunct Professor of Accounting Information Systems at the University of Nebraska-Omaha.  Nicholas is currently an Accounting PhD student in the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado-Boulder.
