About End the Gap by 2020

With unlimited career possibilities available to women with business degrees, the face of business is changing.

Last year Leeds launched the End the Gap by 2020 initiative with a goal of a 50/50 student body by the year 2020. Designed to encourage more women to pursue business degrees, the campaign aims to shift the playing field around gender in business, beginning in the classroom and extending all the way to the C-suite.

Still in its early stages, the initiative has already increased female first-year enrollment at Leeds to 43 percent.

We welcome you to our community!

We would like to thank our corporate sponsors, Arrow Electronics, Caruso Foundation, and Sendgrid for their support of the End the Gap Initiative.

The day after our reception, consider attending CU’s Admitted Student Day, Saturday, April 7, 2018. An event organized by CU’s Admissions Office, Admitted Student Day is the perfect opportunity to learn more about your major, tour CU’s residence halls, and learn about life on campus. Register today!
