Marcia Pryde founded Pryde Partners in 2004 to work for companies desiring greater client service than the large executive recruiting companies provide. The Company serves clients in the Financial Services, Telecom/cable and Consumer Goods and Services industries. Prior to starting the firm, Ms. Pryde was with A.T. Kearney Executive Search in Connecticut and Colorado, Heidrick & Struggles in New York and Connecticut, and Russell Reynolds in New York. She also worked in U.S. and International positions with General Foods/Kraft and Richardson Vicks/ Procter & Gamble. She is on the CU Foundation Trustee Board, a past member of the Denver Area Council Boy Scout Board, past Chair of the Trustees of the New Canaan Congregational Church, the Board at Eagle Hill Southport (a private school for challenged young people) and the Ridge Home Owners Association. She enjoys skiing, hiking, biking, swimming, golf and being a volunteer at the Denver Zoo. Ms. Pryde has a BS and an MBA from the University of Colorado and has been on the Board of the Leeds School of Business (past Chair) since 1991 (with some breaks). In 2006 she received a Distinguished Alumni Award. She resides in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, with her husband Ted Atkinson.
