Jae young Cho is a PhD student at the University of Colorado, Boulder, studying strategy, entrepreneurship, and operations. His research interests focus on the innovation strategy, organizational learning, and competitive dynamics. He mainly focuses on how firms pioneer and establish their business in the ever-changing world. Prior to joining Leeds, Jae young received Master of Science in Business Administration from Korea University Business School, and Bachelor of Science in Bio & Brain Engineering from Korea Advanced Institution of Science and Technology (KAIST).
