Khaled Al-Sabah is a first year Finance PhD student in the University of Colorado, Boulder. He graduated from College of Engineering and Petroleum as a civil engineer at Kuwait University. He was honored by Emir of Kuwait, Sabah Al-Sabah, for graduating with distinction. Khaled also received his MBA from UCSD, Rady School of Management. During his MBA he completed a summer internship at MIT Center of Real Estate. At MIT he worked on his own research paper “The Predictability of Residential Real Estate” under the supervision of Prof. Walter Torous. His current interest is real estate finance.
