Jessi Rivin is a doctoral candidate in Organizational Behavior at Leeds School of Business. Her research broadly focuses on perceptions of leadership, motivation, impression management, and diversity in the workplace. Her work has been published in the Journal of Applied Psychology and presented at conferences such as the Academy of Management (AOM), Society for Industrial Organizational Psychology (SIOP), and the Interdisciplinary Leadership Symposium (IPLS). Prior to joining Leeds, she earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Business Administration from the University of Arizona, where she worked as a research assistant at the Organizational Behavior Lab at Eller College of Management.
