Deming Center for Entrepreneurship

Katie Morton is the Deming Center for Entrepreneurship’s Program Coordinator. She joined the team in January 2023 and leads the Center’s undergraduate Certificate in Entrepreneurship, undergraduate entrepreneurial programming, and community engagements. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from the University of Colorado Boulder, and also received minors in Chinese and Leadership. She is a Presidents Leadership Class alum and loves supporting others in their personal, academic, and professional explorations. Katie Morton has experience in the field of experiential education, with stints in international higher education and environmental education. She is always looking for ways to introduce others to the outdoor/international/non-traditional classroom, where real-time challenges inspire creativity and a zeal for life. When not supporting students and dreaming up opportunities for the Deming Center, she is out discovering new Colorado mountain trails, coffee shops, podcasts, and books.
