Ms. Dee Perry spent 26 years in the corporate arena in a variety of operational capacities. After earning an MBA from Arizona State University, Dee began her career in Sales and Marketing, working for Kraft Foods, Inc. in California, followed by employment at a small manufacturing company. After five years in sales and marketing, Dee changed course and focused her career in financial management. After earning an MS in Accounting at CU Boulder, Dee spent four years in public accounting with Arthur Young before rejoining the corporate world where she worked as an Internal Auditor and Controller for NBI, Inc., Controller for Celestial Seasonings and Controller and Chief Financial Officer for McDATA Corporation. Dee retired from McDATA Corporation in March 2001 after leading a successful public offering of the Company in August 2000.

Continuing her focus on business operations and management, Dee now sits on a variety of community governance boards, including Boulder Community Hospital, I Have a Dream Foundation of Boulder County and the Center for Education on Social Responsibility (CESR) Advisory Board at the Leeds School of Business. Dee also serves as an Executive Coach for the Leadership Challenges course at Leeds.
Dee earned a Bachelor of Arts from CU Boulder, an MBA in Marketing from Arizona State University and an MS in Accounting from CU Boulder.
