
Daniel works as the CU Real Estate Center’s Programs and Student Engagement Manager, working with Leeds real estate students, in collaboration with Career Development, to help students embark on meaningful careers in real estate. In addition, he is responsible for managing the Center’s key recruitment, retention, placement, and student-engagement programs and activities. Daniel is uniquely qualified for this position, bringing mentoring, coaching, and leadership experience along with an active role as a private real estate investor.
Originally from Chicago, Daniel most recently worked in Phoenix as a “college, career and life success teacher” at La Joya Community High School, and earlier as a recruitment manager for Teach For America. He received a Master’s in Education from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. An avid athlete, traveler, and outdoorsman, Daniel is a private pilot, SCUBA enthusiast, and musician.
