Brad is the COO of Professional Case Management (PCM) a home health provider company specialized, in-home nursing care for clients who include former uranium miners, millers & haulers and former nuclear workers and catastrophic care and brain and spinal cord injury patients. Offering comprehensive in-home nursing services and in-home medical treatment for those who are injured, ill or are participating in specialized medical treatment programs.

Before joining PCM Brad was a Senior Managing Partner with Accenture where he directed the Commercial activities within their Health and Public Sector group of clients. Responsible for Commercial Management, Financial Management, Human Resource Management and Contract Management.  Leveraging skills in account planning, business integration, operating platform consolidation, business process outsourcing and change management.  He supported various Accenture accounts including, Dow Chemical, Enbridge Gas, Stanford Hospital and Clinics, the State of California and RBS Citizens.

Prior to Accenture, Brad was a Senior Vice President at General Electric. During his time with General Electric, Brad held position in Six Sigma/Quality, Operations and Business Development. As one of GE’s Quality Leaders, Brad was responsible for driving a customer centric Six Sigma organizational strategy.  Responsibilities included formalizing the alignment of quality, e-business and operations functions, surveying stakeholders and transforming data to actions. He then moved into an operating role as the Operations Leader of a 2 billion annual funding division of vendor financing products and services worldwide with over $25 billion in asset, 7,500 employees in over 31 countries; consisting of multiple origination centers operating across the U.S., Canada, Mexico, India and Asia. He has held leadership positions in California, Hawaii, Australia, New York and Colorado.

Brad lives in Boulder, Colorado with his wife and three daughters.
