We want to thank all the BSI Scholars for doing a wonderful job sharing their research with the University community and the broader community. The BSI Scholars Research Symposium had 65 student research participants from several CU departments, including, MCDB, EBIO, Biochemistry, IPHY, Chemical and Biological Engineering, as well as from the CU Anschutz medical campus. BSI Scholars either presented posters or conducted live presentations via Zoom.
While a virtual conference does have some limitations, there were many opportunities to interact, ask questions, and learn about the varied research happening at CU Boulder. The BSI Scholar Research Symposium included several presentations that included former BSI Scholar alumni, current CU graduate students and a keynote talk from Dr. Lee Niswander.
BSI wishes to thank all of our participants, and for those who are graduating, we wish you the best of luck!
