As finals wrapped up at the end of the spring 2018 semester, a group of 36 undergraduate students at CU Boulder were welcomed into the BSI Scholars Summer 2018 program. These students, who are working in research laboratories across eight different departments on campus, attended a program orientation and began work in their labs.
This summer, these students will be investigating a variety of phenomena. A sampling of project titles across a few departments: Determination of the role of serotonergic innervation of the prefrontal cortex in the circadian entrainment of prefrontal cortex function; Effects of light environment on flower development; and Elucidating the role of cholesterol in ADAM17 regulation.
We look forward to supporting these students this summer and hearing about their work!
