ASPIRE (Achieving Success, Persistence, Interest and Retention in Engineering) is a summer program run by the BOLD (Broadening Opportunity through Leadership and Diversity) Center in the College of Engineering and Applied Science at CU Boulder

Who: Incoming first-year engineering and pre-engineering students who are underrepresented in STEM fields (first-generation, underrepresented minority students, low-income, etc.)

When: June 2019 (3 - 5 day program, dates TBA)

Where: CU Boulder campus (students will stay overnight in the residence halls during the program) 

Cost: Free

What will you get out of the program?:

  • Connection with other first-year students in engineering
  • Academic and engineering-skill workshops that will help you prepare for your first-year coursework
  • Connection the BOLD Center and the resources and opportunities we provide

ASPIRE will take place June 2019 in collaboration with the new Summer Experience for students living in the Quad. More information will be coming soon!
