Created as a new opportunity for direct faculty participation in improving the inclusive excellence goals of our college, BOLD's Fellows will help us engage with faculty and develop and support our work in inclusive excellence.

BOLD Fellowship Goals: Using faculty mentorship as a means of supporting students who are excited about CU Engineering, plus mentoring faculty who also are invested in inclusion and diversity efforts that support student success. BOLD Fellowship Goals: Supporting whole-student success by helping them to identify their passion and interests for long-term career success and planning and to learn about physical wellness as a complement to professional success. An additional goal is to explore how mentoring programs could improve the peer-to-peer climate in CEAS. BOLD Office Hours: Tuesdays 3-5pm; Wednesdays 3-4pm

BOLD Fellowship Goals: Championing community engaged engineering, bringing engineering to local communities through STEM activities they may not otherwise access, and fostering a gender-inclusive environment in ECEE by promoting the Strengths tools with students.
