Adjunct faculty can hold office hours in the 231 common space. This space is keycoded, so you will need to get card access from the ATLAS Front Desk: cuatlas@Colorado.EDU.

There is a copier machine in ATLS232 for Instructor use. See the ATLAS Front Desk: cuatlas@Colorado.EDU for a key and the copier password.

To log in standing at the printer you would:

  • Enter the password and hit login – This will unlock the touch display that allows you to print, scan, etc.
  • If you would like to print from a desktop, add the printer IP address for the KONICA MINOLTA Printer
  • Please do your best to minimize waste and only print and make copies of essential course materials.

There is a Macbook Pro laptop carts available to use within ATLAS 104 and extra check-out laptops available in 231. Contact ATLAS Front Desk (cuatlas@Colorado.EDU) for the appropriate forms and to get the padlock code. Please make sure that all laptops are accounted for, and that the cart is locked at the end of class. Also please be sure to “spin” the padlock numbers to obscure the combination after use.

Some software is available to Full-time instructors for learning and teaching purposes. To access this software, send your identikey to the TAM Director and request to be added to the Faculty File Share. Once your identikey has been added, you can mount the File Share drive.
