she, her, hers

Maggie graduated from Willamette University with a Bachelors degree in psychology. During her undergraduate career, Maggie found a passion for working with college students through experiences working with new student orientation. This passion led her to Bowling Green State University, where she earned a Masters degree in College Student Personnel.

As a graduate student, Maggie worked in student engagement, advising and developing student organizations. Her graduate studies were influenced by course work focused on academic and career advising. Through this coursework, as well as practicum experiences, Maggie found a passion for working one on one with students. After graduate school, Maggie came to Colorado and kicked off her career at Aims Community College doing enrollment management work. Seeking more direct student interaction is what led Maggie to CU to work as an Academic Advisor in the College of Arts and Sciences.

Outside of work, Maggie enjoys exploring different cuisines and cooking meals for her partner, as well as long walks. Her main joys in life are simple- eating food and petting dogs.
