Allie Mundorff
Psychology and Neuroscience Advisor

she, her, hers

Allie was born in Montrose and primarily grew-up in Broomfield, Colorado. Just down the road from Boulder, she went on many field-trips as a kid to CU Boulder – the planetarium was her favorite! These early experiences likely influenced her decision to attend CU Boulder as an English and Art History major (’08).

After graduation, she explored multiple career paths in writing and non-profit work. However, Allie knew her true passion was for learning, and more specifically, getting other people excited about education! She couldn’t think of a better environment to nurture this career aspiration than a college campus and returned to CU Boulder for 5 years working in development at the Office of the Chancellor and the Leeds School of Business. Allie earned her Masters of Education at the University of Texas at Austin in College and University Student Personnel Administration (say that 5 times fast). Most recently she worked as an Academic Advisor at Cal Poly on the Central Coast of California.

She is thrilled to be an Academic Advisor in Psychology and Neuroscience here at CU Boulder. In her free time, Allie enjoys being with her family and friends as well as cooking, skiing, reading, and spending time outdoors with her dog, Riley.
