Colorado Outdoor Equity Panel
In 2021 Governor Polis signed HB21-1318, establishing the Colorado Outdoor Equity Grant Program. The purpose of the COEGP is to increase access and opportunity for underserved youth and their families to experience Colorado's open spaces, state parks, public lands, and other outdoor areas. Join us for a panel discussion with representatives from COEGP about why making Colorado's outdoor areas more equitable is so important. This discussion will be moderated by Parker McMullen Bushman, an environmental and outdoor social justice activist based in Colorado.
This panel is sponsored by the College of Arts & Sciences' Office for Justice, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion and Be Well.
