G. Lang Farmer is a professor of geological sciences. Dr. Farmer's research interests lie in the application of radiogenic isotope systematics to igneous petrogenesis, sedimentology, geochronology, environmental geology, crustal tectonics and in material science as applied to thermal ionization mass spectrometry.
