  • Provide opportunities for all college members to improve skills or diversify knowledge.
  • Fund professional development and advancement opportunities for faculty, students and staff.
  • Enhance training, support network and mentorship programs for new employees, as well as for existing employees assuming leadership or administrative roles.
  • Create a comprehensive training program for common positions in the College (e.g., Office Managers, Program Assistants, Administrative Assistants).
  • Increase ratio of College staff to faculty and students to align with ratios in other colleges on campus and at peer institutions.
