PH

I am a first-year graduate student at the University of Colorado, Boulder. I am broadly interested in computational high-energy astrophysics. More specifically, I am interested in developing general relativistic magnetohydrodynamic (GRMHD) simulations and using their outputs to interpret and model properties of black hole accretion. My previous work involved using novel imaging techniques to image AGN sources observed by the Event Horizon Telescope. I also absolutely enjoy the outdoors and hiking when I’m not thinking about black holes! I am always happy to answer any questions or just talk about science, so feel free to write to me and get in touch.
