Through their colorful, passionate playing, the Ikigai Duo brings intimate interpretations of new and traditional repertoire to the greater Boulder area. Their name, the Japanese word "Ikigai," means a "reason for living." "Ikigai" reflects the duo's belief that music gives meaning and purpose to life, while also celebrating their Japanese heritage. The Ikigai Duo consists of Erika Gossett on flute and Isabella Fincher on classical guitar.
