Vice President of Technology Development
Neal Anderson brings 44 years of aerospace industry experience to DigitalGlobe. In March 1995 he joined DigitalGlobe as one of the first DigitalGlobe employees. His team has been responsible for defining, procuring, and launching all of the DG satellites. Mr. Anderson is currently the Vice President for Technology Development responsible for a wide variety of tasks including overseeing the WV3 satellite program, participating in business and product development, and defining next generation concepts and capabilities. Prior to joining DigitalGlobe in 1995, Mr. Anderson held numerous engineering, program development, and management positions in the United States Air Force, Ball Aerospace & Technologies Corporation, and Spectrum Astro Inc. He has been directly involved in more than 30 satellite hardware and launch programs. Mr. Anderson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, and a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from the University of Dayton.
